We’ve had a busy couple of days. My mates Tom and Michelle had their second baby on Thursday, and I’m super excited that I’ll get to meet little Barney next Thursday when I go to their place for lunch. Also, it was my nephew Ali’s third birthday yesterday (Chris and I were very sad not to be in Melbourne for it). Yesterday Chris’s mother Anne arrived for a brief weekend visit from New Zealand. I spent the morning sleeping in and reading the paper while Anne’s been on “baby detail”. I love grandparentland!
